"We made our way church to church with a similar pattern. We would survey the damage, pray with the people and encourage them. We would then give out medication to those in need and conclude by encouraging the children with balloons and smiles." - CSI at work...

Scism Christian Institute and Jackson College of Ministries graduate B. Rama, now Churachandpur District secretary, who had already baptized sixteen drug dealers in Jesus name and started a children's camp reaching hundreds of street kids, now started a hospice ministry to people dying of AIDS.

His latest report:
This morning I distributed some food to the needy. The last two nights, God moved wonderfully in a hospice. Some prostitutes and homeless people broke down when they heard of Jesus' love. We held a Communion service--for most of them, it was their first. O how wonderful to reach hungry souls! I feel the Holy Spirit's presence. Jesus is so wonderful, his love so perfect and sweet. I am excited to do his will. A number of HIV AIDS patients prayed through in the Holy Spirit. This Good Friday was very great.

All this happened because of prayer, care and support of Compassion Services.

Without your compassion and financial support CSI cannot reach the thousands of hurting, destitute, sick, and unfortunate people that we have already reached. It's been your support that has made the difference, and will continue to make the difference.
